Servicing the Corrugated Printing Industry
JJC Industries, known before as JJC Services LLC has been in the flexographic industry, focusing on the single reverse blade ink systems. Upgrading the OEM printing presses has enabled large and small companies in the corrugated sector around the world to reduce machinery downtime, therefore, reducing costs. Our Recent Projects
BENDAZZALI
This work was developed in Giorgia in May 2023, to date it has been the largest that the company has built and assembled. The blade system averages 204.74 in, so we added pneumatic cylinders to make it easier for operator to clean the system and adjust the scraper.
Only four days of assembly and tuning of the system that included assembly of the system, adjustment, assembly of drainage trays and adjustment of the shafts and motor chain.
The customer was totally pleased and thank to our work he increased his production and the income of the factory.

McKinley 66 x 190
This work was carried out in March 2022. A large system so the support bar was approximately 175 inches.
Trays for the ink drain were placed at each end of the machine.
As you can see in the photos, the chance and improvement in the printing system is remarkable, the customers were very grateful.

Langston 50 x 113
This work was carried out in April 2018. We worked in the early hours of the morning so that the machine was ready the next day.
In this conversion, side trays were used to collect the ink and circulate it back to the system.
The set of chains and sprockets of the machine was also fixed to make the roller work again.

This work was carried out in November 2018. The drainage trays, sprockets and system chain were built to replace the old system. In the video you can see the operation of the system after the repairs made. The system has been efficiently restored and you can see how the ink falls completely and evenly into the tray, thus keeping the system clean. The improvements implemented have allowed a constant flow of ink, avoiding any clogging or accumulation of residues in the process.

This work was carried out in October 2020.
This system had several damages, the ink spilled and the scraper was not properly adjusted on the roller, with our system it was possible to eliminate leaks and a totally comfortable system to adjust the blade material.
